DIY: Maison Michel's Laced Bunny Ears

espirit dress/jeffrey campbell(solestruck)

I thought Maison Michel's laced bunny ears are so effin adorable on lady gg & the olsens. So, I experimented and made a diy version of my own. I'd definitely pick these laced ones over the traditional bunny ears for Halloween any day.

Items needed: black headband, wire, scissors, black lace, needle, thread

Bend wire to the shape of bunny ears.

Lay the molded wire on top of the lace and stitch both pieces together.

Cut along wired border.

Wrap both bunny ears to headband. fin.

  95. Love these !! But if you want a simpler version - it is not as beautiful though - here is another type: http://fashionableearth.org/blog/2009/10/22/ears-by-yasmin/

  96. love these, really easy to do! was wondering, do you know how to do the Louis Vuitton SS '10 type bunny ears? they seem to me like a giant bow tied on top of the head, but i can't figure out how to get the "ears" to stick up like that! i like the LV version better (just toned down a little more) since it doubles as a big bow tie or bunny ears.

  97. Damn I wish I found your blog earlier! I wanted to be a rocker bunny for Halloween!
