I decided to make a high waisted skirt from some leftover fabric my mom had in storage. I'm not sure what my mom was planning to do with pattern that resembles some old lady's antique chinaware..but I kinda like it paired with this fuchsia tank I snatched up from the good ole GAP. It was on sale for only $15 buckeroos!
